All online transactions at Torq-Masters Industries Inc. are handled with industry-standard SSL encryption.
When you enter your credit card number into the order form, it is transmitted across the Internet in an encrypted (scrambled) form, then decoded when it gets to us. For added security, we also encrypt the credit card number when it is stored on disk, and when we forward it to the merchant. If you are not the kind of person who worries about being hit by lightning as you’re crossing the street, you probably don’t have to worry that your credit card number will be intercepted on the way to a secure Web site. According to CNN, “The prevalent opinion…is that on-line credit card use is actually no riskier for consumers than traditional “low-tech” transactions.” We order products online all the time, both as a company and as individuals. When we use a credit card to buy something online, we feel at least as safe as we would using one in a store or restaurant.
All products are covered by the Original Equipment Manufacturers Limited Warranty by Torq-Masters Industries Inc. We maintain a staff of highly trained technical consultants to assist in the manufacturers warranty service for repair or exchange if any of our products prove defective. All sales are final. Any returns must be shipped freight prepaid to the location specified on our Return Material Authorization. No returns will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization.
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number for defective returns can only be issued for repair or exchange, at our discretion. All requests for returns, repairs or exchanges are governed by the Manufacturers Limited Warranty.
A product must be diagnosed “defective” by the technical consultants prior to RMA issuance. All diagnoses are based on representations by the purchaser of the product and a final determination is dependent on the analysis of the returned product.
If a returned product is determined to have been improperly installed, been modified or the failure was not covered under the Manufacturers Limited Warranty the product will be returned to the owner at their expense.
Torq-Masters Industries Inc. will not accept any products for return after 15 days from the date of delivery to the customer. No return will be accepted without an RMA having been issued. Any product returned without an RMA will be rejected at the door, and risk of loss is strictly that of the owner of the locker.
A minimum restocking charge of $25 will be charged for new products that can be immediately returned to stock without any refurbishment. If any refurbishment is required we will notify you of the cost before taking any action. If you decide you do not wish for us to refurbish and return to stock for the 20% fee plus costs we will return the locker to you at your expense.
No locker will be accepted back for credit if it has grease on the metal, or shows any signs of installation.
To obtain an RMA send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org outlining the reason for the return, order number, date of purchase, name and address of owner, phone number and email. You will receive your RMA number and instructions within 48 business hours.
The RMA policy of Torq-Masters Industries, Inc. cannot be modified or waived by any dealer or employee.
